A fresh face in the Savannah area, Debbie Basnett brings her extensive background in creating chic, livable interiors to the low country.

Debbie is a master at mixing styles and flawlessly threading her love of vintage furnishings throughout her designs to create spaces that are modern, thoughtful, and refined  She grew up accompanying her grandmother to antique markets and estate sales which resulted in a keen eye for all things enduring, and she firmly believes in blending new and old to create highly sophisticated interiors that are also balanced by these unexpected elements.  She is a self-diagnosed fabric addict, a color guru, and a feverishly detailed specifier. Prior to launching Debbie Basnett Interiors, Debbie worked for notable design firms in the midwest and owned a highly regarded interiors store and accompanying online retail site that served customers throughout the world.  

An Atlanta native, a UGA Graduate, and a former Air Force Wife, Debbie has moved numerous times and understands the importance of a well curated and comfortable home. Debbie is passionate about food and wine, her close knit family, and believes that your living room is actually for living. She now resides in beautiful historic Savannah with her husband, where she is happy to no longer experience Ohio’s winters and where she can live her truth as a fanatical Georgia Bulldogs fan.
